AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WAIVING SIDE AND REAR YARD SPACE MUIRE=
MENTS ON LOTS TWENTY -EIGRT (28) AND TWENTY -NINE (29), BLOCK FORTY -ONE (41),
FULKIS SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 51,20 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

SECTION 1. That Lots twenty -eight (28) and twenty -nine (29), Block
forty -one (41), Fulk's Subdivision to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas
being the northeast corner of Wright Avenue and Marshall Street, heretofore
classified and zoned as "C" Two - Family District under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is
hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District under the terms of said
" " s Ordinance, and a waiver of side and rear yard space requirements
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of the said Lots twenty -eight (28) and twenty-
nine (29), Block forty -one (41), Fulk's Subdivision to the City of Litt'u
Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof; said property to be here-
after known and classified as being in "F" Commercial District and with
yard space requirements waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shell take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
