AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS 21, 22, 23, AND 24, BINIORES SUB-
DIVISION OF LOT 8, BLOCK 2, HYDE PARS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 51+20 AS AMENDED; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots 21 (twenty -one), 22 (twenty -two), 23 (twenty-
three), and 2/+ (twenty- four), Biniores Subdivision of Lot 8 (eight),
Block 2 (two), Hyde Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
being ;;?.2.00 - `2212 South Monroe Street, heretofore classified and zoned
as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5/+20,
is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be
in NPR Comeercial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5,O and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit reclassi-
fication and rezoning of the said Lots 21 (twenty -one), 22 (twenty-two),,
23 (twenty- three), and 24 (twenty - four), Biniores Subdivision of Lot 8
'(eight), Block 2 (two), Hyde Park Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter
known and classified as being in the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
