AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE 200 GALLONS OF PERMANENT ANTI- FREEZE FOR USE
OF THE VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $335.00, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase 200 gallons of Permanent Anti - Freeze for use of the
various Departments of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said Permanent Anti - Freeze
shall not exceed the sun of Three Hundred Thirty -Five ($335.00)
Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its pass-
age and approval.
