AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9 OF ORDINANCE NO. 9006,
AS AMENDED; ABOLISHING ONE OF THE SIX TRUCK DRIVERS OF
TNER T T. - CLEANING. DEPAHTKUT, - -Axk_"EATING THE, POSI -
� � -- TION OF ONE FLUSHER OPERATOR IN THE STREET CLEANING
DEPARTMENT OF THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED-BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That one of the six positions of truck driver
in the Street Cleaning Department of the Public Works Department
i 'reby abolished; and the position of one Flusher Operator in
the Street Cleaning Department of the Public Works Department is
hereby created.
SECTION 2. That the Street Cleaning Department of Sec -
ti on 9 of the Public Works Department of Ordinance No. 9006, as
amended, is hereby amended to read as follows:

SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage and ap-
proval.
