AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE A REINFORCED CONCRETE PRECAST BRIDGE OR STEEL
FABRICATED BRIDGE FOR USE AT 24TH STREET AND BLAKE -
MORE DITCH IN THE CITY OF LITTLE.ROCK AT A COST NOT
TO EXCEED $1000.00, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and purchase
a reinforced concrete precast bridge or steel fabricated bridge for
use at 24th Street and Blakemore Ditch in the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said Bridge shall not ex-
ceed the sum of One Thousand Three Hundred ($1,300.00) Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
