ORDINANCE NO. 9679
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR,
AND PURCHASE ONE (1) FOUR -WAY BEACON LIGHT AND
OKtE �1) MOTOR FLASHING SWITCH FOR USE BY THE
POLL E DEPARDWT OF THE CI'T'Y OF' LIM.E ROCK,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
& IT OaAINLD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE C I `1'Y OF LI'1 lij; ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorised and
directed to. advertise, take bids for, and purchase one (1) four-way
beacon light and one (1) motor flashing switch for use by the Police
Department of the City of Little Rock. Said beacon light to be in-
stalled at the intersection of Tenth and Chester Streets.
SECTION 2. The cost of such beacon light and motor flashing switch
shall not exceed Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00).
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
