AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE WEST SEVENTY -FIVE (75) FEET OF LOT
ONE (1), BLOCK FOURTEEN (14), WAT WORTHEN'S ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 51,,20 AS AMENDED;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the West seventy - five (75) feet of Lot One (1),
Block Fourteen (14), Wat Worthen's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, being 2301 Pulaski Street, heretofore classified and zoned as
"C" Two- Family District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420,
is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be
in "F" Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance,
and a waiver of yard space requirements is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 51,20 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit reclassi-
fication and rezoning of the said West seventy -five (75) feet of Lot
One (1), Block Fourteen (11+), Wat Worthen's Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property
to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "F" Commercial
District with a waiver of yard space requirements.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
