ORDINANCE No. 9693
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS ONE (1), TWO (2), THREE (3), AND FOUR
(4), BLOCK ONE (1), DICKINSON'S MILL ADDITION TO THE CITY CF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 51,20 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE RACK, ARKANSASs
SECTION 1. That Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), end Four (4),
Block One (1), Dickinson's Mill Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, being 3911 to 3917 Asher Avenue, heretofore classified and
zoned as "F" Commercial District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance
No. 5120, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby
declared to be in "I" Light Industrial District under the terms of
said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of the said Lots One (1), Two (2), Three
(3), end Four (4), Block One (1), Dickinson's Mill Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said
property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "I"
Light Industrial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
