ORDINANCE NO. 9700
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING AN ADDITIONAL SUM OF
$70900.00 TO DEPOSIT IN THE PULASKI CIRCUIT COURT
IN THE CONDEMNATION ACTION OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK VS. MRS. L. M. HUNTER, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated an addition-
al sum of Seven Thousand Nine Hundred ($7,900.00) Dollars to
pay into the Pulaski Circuit Court in the condemnation action
of the City of Little Rock vs. Mrs. L. M. Hunter to condemn
the property at 915 Garland Street, Little Rock, Arkansas, de-
scribed as:
The North 90 feet of Lot 3, Block 277, Original City
of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
instructed to issue the Cityts warrant in the sum of Seven
Thousand Nine Hundred ( 6;:7,900.00) Dollars into the Pulaski
Circuit Court, said money to be paid from the Highway Construc-
tion Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
