AI ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING AN ADDITIONAL SUM OF
$8,000.00 TO DEPOSIT IN THE PULASKI CIRCUIT COURT
IN TEE CONDEMNATION ACTION OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK VS. CHARLES COONLEY, ET AL, AND FOR OTHER PUR-
POSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TiM CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated an addition-
al sum of Eight Thousand (08,000.00) Dollars to pay into the
Pulaski Circuit Court in the condemnation action of the City
of Little Rock vs. Charles Coonley, et al, to condemn the prop-
erty at 917 Garland Street, Little Rock, Arkansas, described as:
The North 90 feet of Lot 4, Block 277, Original City
of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
instructed to issue the City's warrant in the sum of Eight
Thousand 08,000.00) Dollars into the Pulaski Circuit Court,
said money to be paid from the Highway Construction Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
