V/ AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING AN ADDITIONAL SUM OF
$6,000.00 TO DEPOSIT IN THE PULASKI CIRCUIT COURT
IN THE CONDEMNATION ACTION OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK VS. JO!iN HENRY FRAV� LEY, JR. , AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF' THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated an addition-
al sum of Six Thousand ($6,000.00) Dollars to pay into the
Pulaski Circuit Court in the condemnation action of the City
of Little Rock vs. John Henry Frawley, Jr. to condemn the
property at 122 North Chester Street, Little Rock, Arkansas,
described as:
The North 50 feet of Lots 1 and 2 and the Dorth 50
feet of the East 40 feet of Lot 3, Block 256,
Original City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Ark-
ansas,
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
instructed to issue the City's warrant in the sum of Six
Thousand ($6,000.00) Dollars into the Pulaski Circuit Court,
said money to be paid from the Highway Construction Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
