HomeMy WebLinkAbout9703I/ ORDINANCE 110. 9703 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND ENTER INTO CONTRACTS FOR THE NECESSARY REPAIR hORK TO THE FIRE ALARM 0r'FICE, CENTRAL FIRE STATION OF THE LITTLE ROCK FIRE DEPARTMENT, TO MAKE POSSIBLE THE INSTALLA- TION OF' THE NEW FIRE ALARM SYSTEM AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $600.00, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and enter into contracts for the necessary repair work to the Fire Alarm Office, Central Fire Station of the Little Rock Fire Department, to make possible the installation of the new Fire Alarm System. SECTION 2. That the said repair work shall not exceed the sum of Six Hundred ($600.00) Dollars, which money shall be paid from the Fire Department I Construction Fund, SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
