AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 9070 AS AMENDED,
ESTABLISHING THE SALARY OF THE CITY ATTORNEY OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS AT $44800.00 PER YEAR,
AND PROVIDING THAT SAID SALARY SHALL START THE FIRST
DAY HE TAKES OFFICE AFTER JANUARY 1, 1955, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the salary of the City Attorney of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas is hereby established at the
sus, of $4,800.00 per year. That said salary shall be paid
hilt beginning the first day of January, 1955•
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 9070 as amended is hereby
amended to conform with the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect on and after January 1, 1955•
