AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND
PURCHASE A BRIDGE FOR USE AT MARK1gAM AND TYLER
STREETS IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AT A COST NOT TO
EXCEED $2,500. 00 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and purchase
a bridge for use at Markham and Tyler Streets in the City of Little
Rock.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said Bridge shall not exceed
the sum of $2, 500.00.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
sect her-ewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
