ORDINANCE NO. 9715
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $230000.00 TO
DEPOSIT IN THE PULASKI CIRCUIT COURT IN THE CONDEMNA-
TION ACTION OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK VS. IRMA C.
LINCOLN, WORTHEN BANK & TRUST COMPANY, AND McKESSON &
ROBBINS INCORPORATED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of
Two Hundred Thirty Thousand ($230,000.00) Dollars to pay into
the Pulaski Circuit Court in the condemnation action of the
City of Little Rock vs. Irma C. Lincoln, Worthen Bank & Trust
Company, and McKesson & Robbins Incorporated to condemn the
property at 112 North Main Street, Little Rock, Arkansas, de-
scribed as:
Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block ?9, Original City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
instructed to issue the City's warrant in the sum of Two Hun-
dred Thirty Thousand ($230,000.00) Dollars into the Pulaski
Circuit Court, said money to be paid from the Highway Construc-
tion Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force , and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
