AN CNDINANCE ARMING A CER'T'AIN PORTICN
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
TO STRW INFROVEMT DISTRICT NO, 599
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
S, parties claiming to be the owners of a majority or more in assessed
value of the real property located within the territory hereinafter described, which
property is contiguous to Street Improvement District No. 599 of the City of Little Bock,
Arkansas, a duly created and existing Improvement district, have filed & PODUAa

WEMNtB, after due notice as required by law, the City Council of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, has heard all parties desiring to be heard, and has ascertained
that said petition was signed by a majority or more in assessed value of the owners of
real property within said territory:

Arkansas:
Section 1. That the following described property in the City of Little Hock,
Arkansas, to-wit:
Lots 7 to 12, inclusive, in Block 1;
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, in Block 2;
All in Futrell and Johnson's Subdivision of Lot 7, Block 1,
Hyde Park Addition to the City of Little Bock, Arkansas;
Lots 7 to 12, inclusive, in Block 2;
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, in Block 3;
All in Nalthour's Subdivision of $yde Park Audition
to. the City. of Little Rock, Arkansas;
Lots 7 to 12, inclusive, in Block 1;
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, in Block 2;
All in Dowdy and Terry's Subdi d sign of Lot 6, Block 1 and Lots 2 and 3 of
Block 3, in Hyde Park Addition to Little Rock, Arkansas;
Lots

All in Kahn and Holder's Subdivision to the City of Lt -ttle Rock, Arkansas;
be and the same is hereby added to and annexed to Street Improvement District No. 599
of the City of Little flock, Arkansas, and the commissioners of said district shall
proceed to make the improvements petitioned for by improving and paving the following
part of the following street in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, to -wit;
Hest 23rd Street from Washington street to Monroe Street;

Section 2. ZW* said annexed territory shall be known as Annex No. 3 to
Street Iaprovement District No. 599 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.

tion 3. That the Commissioners of said Street Improvement District No. 599
shall the assessment of benefits for said improvements on the lots, blocks or
parcels of real property in the territory herein annexed on the same basis as if said
territory were included in the original district, and shall file said assessments
with the City Clerk.
Section 4* This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and
after its passage.
