AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING A CUTIAN PORTION OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, TO CURB AND GUTTER IYPROVZk=T
DISTRICT N0. 600 OF THE CITY 07 LITTLE ROCK, ARIANSAS.
11ERMS, parties claiming to be the owners of a majority or more in assessed
value of the real property located within the territory hereinafter described,
which property is contiguous to Curb and gutter Improvement District Noe 600 of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a duly created and existing improvement district,
have filed a petition praying that said territory be annexed to said district, for
the purposes hereinafter not out; and
after due notice as rsgwirod by law, the My Council of Ow O er
Little pock, Arkansas, has heard all parties desiring to be heard, sad hat aseertahaet
that said petition was signed by a majority or more in assessed value of the owners of
real property within said territory:
NOW, THER2702E, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas:
Section 1. That the following described property in the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, to -wit:
Lots 7 to 12, inclusive, in Block 1;
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, in Block 2;
All in Futrell and Johnson's subdivision of Lot 7, Block 1,
Hyde park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas;
Lots 7 to 72, inclusive, in Block 2;
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, in Block 3;
All in Walthour's Subdivision of Hyde Park Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas;
Lots 7 to 12, inclusive, in Biock.l;
Inclusive, in Black 2;
All in Dswdy and Terry'li Subdivision of Lot 6, Block 1 and Iota 2 and 3 of
Block 3, in Hyde park Addition to Little Rock, Arkansas;
Lots 7 to 12, inclusive,in Block 2;
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, in Block 1;
All in Kahn and Holder's Subdivision to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas;
be and the same is hereby added to and annexed.to Curb and Gutter Improvement District
Roe 600 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and the commissioners of said district shall
proceed to make the improvements petitioned for by grading, draining, curbing and
guttering the following part of the following street in the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, to -wit:
West 23rd Street from Washington Street -to Monroe Street;
in. such manner and with such materials as the Commissioners of said Curb And hatter

Section 2. That said annexed territory shall be known as Annex Noe 1 to
Curb and Gutter Improvement District floe 600.of the City of Little Rook, Arkansas.
section 3. That the C<mmissione n of said Curb and Gutter Improvement District
Noe 600 @ball make the assessment of benefits for said improvements on the lets, blocks
or parcels of real property in the territory herein annexed on the same basis as if said
territory were included in the original district, and shall file said assessments with
the City Clerk.
Section 4e This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and
after its passage.
