AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE CLASSIFICATION OF CLERK- STENOGRAPHER
IN THE CIVIL SERVICE OFFICE TO THE CLASSIFICATION OF BAR?,
AMENDING SECTION 6 OF ORDINANCE N0. 9006, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the classification of Clerk - Stenographer in the Civil
Service Office be, and the same is hereby changed to the classification of
Secretary whose salary shall be paid as per Ordinance Nos. 9006 and 9436•
SECTION 2. That Section 6 of Ordinance No. 9006 is hereby amended in
part to read as follows:

SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby amended to conform with the provisions of this ordinance, and this ordi-
nance shall be in full force and effect as of January 1, 1955, upon its passage
and approval.
