AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ALL CITY
OFFICIALS, INCLUDING THE PLANNING DIRECTOR AND HIS
STAFF AND THE CITY ATTORNEY AND HIS STAFF, TO EX-
TEND ALL POSSIBLE AID AND ASSISTANCE TO ANY GROUP
OR GROUPS,DESIRING TO BE ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, LOCATED IN THE ANNEXATION AREA WHICH
WAS VOTED ON BY THE CITIZENS OF LITTLE ROCK FOR
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY IN THE 1952 GENERAL ELECTION,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That all City Officials and especially the
Planning Director and his Staff
Staff are hereby authorized and
possible to any group or groups
voted on by the citizens of the
General Election, in the way of
assisting in the presentation o:
and the City Attorney and his
directed to give all assistance
located in the annexation area,
City of Little Rock in the 1952
drawing maps and petitions, and
e same to the necessary Officials
of the County and State for the purpose of helping such group or
groups annex the desired territory to the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That.all ordinances and parts.of ordinances
in conflict hArewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval.
