AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE 5,500 POUNDS OF REINFORCING STEEL TO
BE USED IN WALLS AND FOOTING ON BRIDGE AT MARKHAM
AND TYLER STREETS IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AT A
COST NOT TO EXCEED $450.000 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase 5,500 Pounds of X Reinforcing Steel to be used
in walls and footing on Bridge at Markham and Tyler Streets
in the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said Reinforcing Steel shall
not exceed the sum of Four Hundred Fifty ($450.00) Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance,
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval.
