BE IT OiiDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
APKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Section 13 of Ordinance No. 9006 be amended
to read as follows:

SECTION 2. That the position of Assistant Planner shall be
abolished at such time as the position of Director is filled and the
position of Clerk - Stenographer shall be abolished at such time as the
position of Secretary is filled.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
