AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $112340.00
FROM THE IN GHwAY CONSTRUCTION FUND TO PAY TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK GENERAL FUND FOR THE VALUE OF
A CORRELATED METAL BUILDING 401 X 8o, SITUATED ON
BLOCK 186, ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C I TY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Eleven Thousand Three Hundred
Forty ($11,340.00) Dollars is hereby appropriated from the
Highway Construction Fund to pay to the City of Little Rock
General Fund for the value of a corregated metal building
401 x 801, belonging to the City of Little Rock and demolished
in the construction of the Riverfront Drive, which was situated
on Block 186, Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to issue the City's warrant in the sum
of Eleven Thousand Three Hundred Forty ($11,340.00) Dollars,
to the General Fund of the City of Little Rock, said money to
be paid from the Highway Construction Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
