AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING A SUM NOT.TO EXCEED TWO HUNDRED TWO
FIFTY DOLLARS ($250.00) TO PURCHASE/ P LEGISLATIVE DiUEST3
FOR USE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That a sum not to exceed Two Hundred and Fifty
Dollars ($250.00) is hereby appropriated to purchase two Legislative
Digests for use of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City
of Little Rock are herelay authorized and directed to issue the City's
warrant in the sum not to exceed Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars (250.00)
for the purchase of said Digests.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
