AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING ALL OF LOTS NINE (9) AND TEN (10), AND PART OF
LOT ELEVEN (11), BLOCK ELEVEN (11), EAST °JLASKI HEIGHTS ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKAKSAS� X'Z1; DIJG OFDINA110E NO. 5420 AS RIENDEDi AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAII�MD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That all of Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10), Block Eleven (11),
East Pulaski Heights Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas and that
part of Lot Eleven (11), Block Eleven (11), East Pulaski Heights Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, more particulArlr- described as. follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot Eleven (11), thence North
along the West boundary of Lot Eleven (11) a distance of five (5) feet;
thence in a Southeasterly direction a distance of 143.55 feet to a point
on the East Boundary line of Lot Eleven (11), a distance of thirteen (13)
feet North of the Southeast corner thereof; thence South a distance of
thirteen (13) feet to the Southeast corner of Lot Eleven (11); thence North-
west along the South line of Lot Eleven (11) to the point of beginning,
being the Northeast corner of Kavanaugh Boulevard and Valentine Street,
heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms
of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified m d the
same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two - Family District under the terms of
said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning map thereto attached
and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the reclassification
and rezoning of the said Lots wine (9) and Ten (10), and that part of Lot
Eleven (11), Block Eleven (11), East Pulaski Heights Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas as described in Section 1 hereof, said property to
be hereafter known and classified as being in the "C" Two - Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
