ORDINANCE NO. 9 745
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS FOURTEEN (14), FIFTEEN (15),
SIXTEEN (16) , THE NORTH TWENTY (20) FEET OF THIRTEal (13) , AND
THE SOUTH ONE -HALF OF SEVENTEEN (17), BLOCK THIRTY -TV0 (32),
ADAMS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, Ai,ENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
SECTION 1. That Lots Fourteen (14), Fifteen (15), Sixteen
(16), the North twenty (20) feet of Thirteen (13), and the South
one -half of Seventeen (17), Block Thirty -two (32), Adams Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 2462 and 2472 Park
Avenue, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District
under the terms of 'Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned
and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "F"
Commercial District under the terms of said Coning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots Fourteen (14),
Fifteen (15), Sixteen (16), the north twenty (20) feet of Thirteen
(13) and the south one -half of Seventeen (17), Block Thirty -two
(32), Adams Addition to the City of Little dock, Arkansas, as out-
lined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
