ORDINANCE NO. 9752
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PARAGRAPH 1 OF SECTION 4 OF
ORDINANCE N0. 8164, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO.
9479, INCREASING THE FEE FOR A TRANSFER OF CITY
AUTOMOBILE LICENSE FROM $0.50 TO $1.00, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Paragraph 1 of Section 4 of Ordinance No.
8164, as amended by Ordinance No. 9479, is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"Section 4. TRANSFER OF LICENSE. In the event that the
person to whom a license is issued purchases another car,
then that person shall be required to present the original
license and number, or furnish proof that said license has
been removed or destroyed and pay a fee of One ($1.00) Dol-
lar for a transfer license."
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and ,this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect upon its passage and approval
to become effective May 1, 1955•
