AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF 4F700.00 TO PAY
THE RAYMOND CONCRETE PILE COMPANY FOR -SECURING A SOIL
TEST FOR BEARING CAPACITY OF SUB -SOIL OF THE NEW LOCA-
TION OF THE PULASKI COUNTY JAIL IN CONNECTION WITH
THE RIVERFRONT DRIVE, SAID MONEY TO BE PAID FROM THE
HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION FUND, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TBE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Seven Hundred ($700.00) Dollars
i is hereby appropriated to pay the Raymond Concrete Pile Company
for securing a soil test for bearing capacity of sub -soil of

the new location of the Pulaski County Jail in connection with
the Riverfront Drive.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to issue the City's warrant in the sum
of Seven Hundred ($700.00) Dollars to the Raymond Concrete Pile
Company, said money to be paid from the Highway Construction
Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
