AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $1,675.00 TO
PURCHASE ALL OF LOT 7 AND THE EAST 30 FEET OF LOT 8,
BLOCK 10, PFEIFER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS, FOR THE PURPOSE.OF
RELOCATING THE COLEMAN CREEK DRAINAGE CANAL IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, SAID SUM-TO BE PAID FROM THE
CITY ROAD AND /OR AUTO FUND, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
SECTION 1. That the sum of One Thousand Six Hundred
Seventy -Five ($1,675.00) Dollars is hereby appropriated to pur-
chase the following described real property, to -wit:
All of Lot 7, Pfeifer t s Addition to the
City of Little Rock $1,375.00
The East 30 Feet of Lot 8, Pfeiferts Addi-
tion to the City of Little Rock $ 300.00
Total $10675.00
for the purpose of relocating the Coleman Creek Drainage Canal
in the City of Little Rocko in connection with widening of West
Markham Street and bridging Coleman Creek.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to issue the Cityts warrant in the sum
of One Thousand Six Hundred Seventy -Five ($1,675.00) Dollars
to purchase the above mentioned real property, said sum to be
paid from the City Road and /or Auto Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances -
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
