ORDINANCE NO. 9755
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $6,500.00 TO
PURCHASE FROM OWNERS, EUGENE M. PFEIFER, SR. AND
MAY L. PFEIFER, LOTS 10, 11 AND 12, BLOCK 23, CAPI-
TOL HILL EXTENSION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS TO-BE USED FOR THE CITY
MATERIAL YARD, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Six Thousand Five Hundred
($6,500.00) Dollars is hereby appropriated to purchase from
the owners, Eugene M. Pfeifer, Sr. and May L. Pfeifer, the
following property in Pulaski County, Arkansas, to -wit:
Lots 10, 11 and 12, Block 23, CAPITOL HILL EXTENSION
to the City of Little Rock,
to be used for the City Material Yard.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to issue the City's warrant in a sum
not to exceed Six Thousand Five Hundred ($6,500.00) Dollars
for the purchase of said property.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval.
