AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATI,NG THE SUM OF $1,755.00 FROM
THE HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION FUND TO PAY GENERAL FUND OF
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK FOR GUST OF REMOVING GARAGE ON
RIGHT -OF -WAY OF BROADWAY STREET BETWEEN BLOCKS 185
AND 186, ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE. ROCK, AND SITUATED
UNDER THE BROADWAY BRIDGE NORTH OF GARLAND STREET IN
CONNECTION WITH THE RIVERFRONT_DRIVE, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
_BE IT OMAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of One Thousand Seven Hundred
Fifty -Five ($1,755.00) Dollars is hereby appropriated from the
Highway Construction Fund to pay to the General Fund of the
City of Little Rock for the cost of removing garage on the
right -of -way of Broadway Street between Blocks 185 and 186,
ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, and situated under the Broadway
Bridge North off' Garland Street in connection with the Riverfront
Drive.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to issue the City's warrant in the sum
of One Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty -Five 31,755-00) Dollars,
to the General Fund of the City of Little Rock, said money to
be paid from the Highway Construction Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
