ORDINANCE NO. 9760
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING TIM BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO PURCHASE THE NECESSARY MATERIALS
TO CLOSE IN THE SOUTH END OF THE GARAGE UNDER
THE BROADWAY BRMEi AND TO PURCHASE ONE DOORp
AND TO APPROPRIATE THE SUM OF $700.00.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE RACK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The sum of $700.00 is hereby appropriated oat
of the General Fund for the purchase of materials to close in the south
end of the Sanitation Department Garage under the Broachmy Bridge.. and
the purchase of one door. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and directed to make these purchases as provided by lair.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealedp and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect immediately upon its passage and approval.
