ORDINANCE N0. 9761
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE MISCELLANEOUS SEASONAL SUPPLIES FOR THE POUND
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED
$3,500.00, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase for the Pound of the City of Little Rock the following
supplies:
8,000 Medium Size Cotton Balls
25 Dozen Bottles Isopropyl Alcohol
900 Bottles 50 C.C. Rabies Vaccine, or its equivalent
2 Dozen 19 Gauge by la Inch Hypodermic Needles
8,000 Dog Tags - 1955 (No. 1 - 8,000)
200 Blank Dog Tags
80200 Links for Dog Tags
8,000 Dog Tax Receipts (No. 1 - 8,000)
SECTION 2. That the cost of said supplies shall not ex-
ceed the sum of Three Thousand Five Hundred ($3,500.00) Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval.
