AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A DEED ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
WITH THE ARKANSAS POWER & LIGHT COMPANY TO PART OF
LOTS 1, .2,.&,3, BLOCK 122, ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
DESCRIBED.AS COMMENCING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT
3, BLOCK 1220 ORIGINAL CITY. OF LITTLE ROCK; THENCE .
SOUTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT, A DISTANCE OF
39.4 FEET; THENCE ON A _DEFLECTION ANGLE OF-940 091 TO
THE LEFT, A DISTANCE OF 38.3 FEET TO THE POINT OF.BE:-
GINNING; THENCE CONTINUING IN.A STRAIGHT LINE, A DIS-
TANCE OF 112.1 FEET. TO THE EAST LINE_ OF LOT 1, BLOCK

i CONTAINING 810 SQUARE FEET, MORE OR LESS, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a Deed on behalf of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas with the Arkansas Power & Light
Company, to the following described real property in Pulaski
County, Arkansas, to-wit:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 31 Block 122,
ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; thence South along the
best.line of said lot, a distance of 39,,4 feet; thence
on a deflection angle of 940 09' to the left, a distance
of 38.3 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing
in a straight line, a distance of 112.1 feet to the East
line of Lot 1, Block 122, ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
thence South along the East line of said Lot _l, a distance
of 14.6 feet; thence in a straight line to the point of
beginning, containing 810 square feet, more or less.
SECTION 2. That the consideration for the execution of
this Deed by the City of Little Rock shall be an exchange of
property by the Arkansas Power & Light Company to certain real
property in the same Block of 122, ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
Pulaski County, Arkansas.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith .are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval.
