ORDINANCE NO. 9772
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $800.00 TO PAY
JAMES M. HONAKER, PUBLIC UTILITY CONSULTANT, FOR EX-
PENSES AND SERVICES RENDERED IN CONNECTION WITH THE
REPORT ON COST OF SERVICE OF THE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL
WATER WORKS-IN THE RATE INVESTIGATION, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
SECTION 1. That the sum of Eight Hundred ($800.00) Dol-
lars is hereby appropriated to pay James H. Honaker, Public
Utility Consultant, for expenses and services rendered in con-
nection with the report on Cost of Service of the Little Rock
Municipal Water Works in the rate investigation.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to issue the City ►s warrant in a sum
not to exceed Eight Hundred ($800.00) Dollars for said expenses
and services.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
