AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND PURCHASE
CERTAIN ITEMS FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and requested to advertise, take bids for and purchase the follow-
ing items for the Department of Parks and Recreation of the City
of Little Rock, to be used in the Curran Conway Municipal Swimming
Pool and Gillam Park Swimming Pool:
150 gals. white pool paint
25 gals. blue pool paint
75 - 150 lb cylinders of liquid chlorine
4 diving boards
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
