ORDINANCE NO. 9786
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $32684.07 FROM THE PARK CONSTRUCTION FUND;
$42244.95 FROM THE HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION FUND; $125.00 FROM THE FIRE
DEPARTMENT CONSTRUCTION FUND; AND $390.00 FROM THE GOLF CLUB
CONSTRUCTION FUND; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of $3,684.07
from the Park Construction Fund, $4,244.95 from the Highway Construction
Fund, $125.00 from the Fire Department Construction Fund, and $390.00
from the Golf Club Construction Fund for the payment of the following
bills:
PARK CONSTRUCTION FUND:
Southland Building Products Company $ 94.08
All -State Supply, Inc. 839.46
Democrat Printing & Lithographing Company 2,750.53

HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION FUND:
Mark G. Garver 217.45

FIRE DEPARTMENT CONSTRUCTION FUND:

SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to issue the City's warrants to the parties named, in
the amount -s mentioned and drawn upon the funds as noted in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
