ORDINANCE N0. 9788
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS THREE (3) AND FOUR (4), BLOCK EIGHT
(8), MOUNTAIN PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots Three (3) and Four (4), Block Eight (8),
Mountain Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being
1910 and 1914 North Grant Street, heretofore classified and zoned as
"A" One Family District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420,
is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to
be in "F" Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto at-
tached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of the said Lots Three (3) and Four (4),
Block Sight (8), Mountain Park Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be here-
after known and classified as being in the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
