ORDINANCE NO. 9789
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE EAST ONE HUNDRED (100) FEET OF LOT
SEVEN (7)0 BLOCK ONE (1), OWENS SUBDIVISION OF PART OF WATKINS
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 51,20 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

SECTION 1. That the east one hundred (100) feet of Lot Seven (7),
Block One (1), Owens Subdivision of part of Watkins Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 2720 College Street, heretofore
classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of
Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to be in "G" Commercial District under the
terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 51+20 aryl the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said east one hundred (100) feet
of Lot Seven (7), Block One (1), Owens Subdivision of part of Watkins
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section
1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as being
in the "G" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
