ORDINANCE NO. 9790
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PLOTS FIVE (5), SIX (6), SEVEN (7), EIGHT
(8), NINE (9), AND TEN (10), MAGNOLIA GROVE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.',5420 AS AMENDED; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Plots Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine
(9)2 and Ten (10), Magnolia Grove Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, being 3601 Roosevelt Road, heretofore classified and zoned as
"D" Apartment District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5120, is
hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in
"F" Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 51+20 and the Zoning Map thereto at-
tached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of the said Plots Five (5), Six (6), Seven
(7), Eight (8), Nine (9), and Ten (10), Magnolia Grove Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said
property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "F" Com-
mercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
