AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS SEVEN (7) AND EIGHT (8), BLOCS
FIFTEEN (15), FAUST IS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE RACK, ARKANSAS;
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8), Block Fifteen (15),
Faust's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 618 and
620 Wolfe Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "C" Two - Family
District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby re-
zoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "F"
Commercial. District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8),
Block Fifteen (15), Faust's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter
known and classified as being in the "F" Commaercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinm ce shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
