"IOd 1. That Dr. W. R. Alstadt, whose terra expires the first Monday in
'55, be reappointed Civil Service Commissioner of the Little Rock Civil
Service Corurission. 0 for a period of Ten years beginning April, 1955•
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
its passage and approval.
