AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $98.55 TO
REIMBURSE GENE SMITH FOR TRANSCRIPT COST PAID BY
HIM IN THE CASE OF GENE SMITH VS. CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION, PULASKI COUNTY
CIRCUIT COURT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Ninety -Eight Dollars and
Fifty -Five Cents ($98.55) is hereby appropriated to reimburse
Gene Smith for transcript cost paid by him in the case of
Gene Smith vs. City of Little Rock Civil Service Commission,
Pulaski County Circuit Court.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City
of Little Rock are hereby authorized and directed to issue the
Cityts warrant in the sum of Ninety -Eight Dollars and Fifty-
Five Cents ($98.55) to Gene Smith for said cost of transcript.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
