AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $250.00 FROM THE HIGHWAY
CONSTRUCTION FUND TO PAY FRANK FULK THE SUM OF
$100.00, A. C. READ THE SUM OF 0100.00, AND TOM MORGAN
THE SUM OF $50.00 AS FEES FOR APPRAISAL AND TESTIMONY
IN COURT CASES RELATIVE TO THE RIVERFRONT DRIVE, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
-ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Two Hundred Fifty ($250.00)
Highway Construction Fund
Dollars is hereby appropriated from the
to pay Frank Fulk the sum of W100.00, A. C. Read the sum of
$100.00, and Tom Morgan the sum of $50.00 as fees for appraisal
and testimony in the following cases, to -wit:
City of Little Rock vs Frawley, part of Lots 1, 2 and 3.
Block 256, Original City of Little Rock (122 North
Chester Street) .
City of Little Rock vs Hunter, part of Lot 3, Block 277,
Original City of Little Rock (915 Garland Street).
City of Little Rock vs Coonley, part of Lot 4, Block 277,
Original City of Little Rock (917 Garland Street).
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City
of Little Rock are hereby authorized and directed to issue the
City's warrant in the sum of Two Hundred Fifty ($250.00) Dollars
for said cost of appraisal and testimony, which sum shall be
paid from the Highway Construction Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
