SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and requested to advertise, take bids for, and enter into a I contract
for the building and sup6rvision of the construction of the Light Plant
Building for the Electric Department of the City of Little Rock, as per
plans and specifications*
SECTION 2• That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect immediately upon its passage and approval.
