AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE SE4-, NEJ, SECTION
THIRTEEN, TOWNSHIP ONE NORTH, RANGE THIRTEEN WEST,
AND BLOCKS SEM (7), NINE (9), TEN (10), FIFTEEN
(15), AND SIXTEEN (16), OF HAMILTON AND BRACK�S
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the SFr, NEJ, Section Thirteen (13), Town-
ship One North, Range Thirteen West, and Blocks Seven (7), Nine
(9), Ten (10), Fifteen (15), and Sixteen (16), Hamilton and
Brack's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being
property recently annexed to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
heretofore classified and zoned as "A" One - Family District under
the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420 is hereby rezoned and re-
classified and the same is hereby declared to be in "B" Residence
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map there-
to attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit
the reclassification and rezoning of that property as outlined in
Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified
as being in the "B" Residence District.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
