AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SEJ,
SEJ, SECTION SIX, TOWNSHIP ONE NORTH, RANGE ELEVEN WEST,
SAID PROPERTY BEING LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That property described as: Beginning at the
Southeast corner of Block Fifty -eight (58) of Industrial Park Ad-
dition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, which is in the North
line of East Ninth (9) Street; thence South Eighty+iAtne .'(8�) _degrees,
Fifty -one (51) minutes East and along the North line of East Ninth
(9) Street extended Eastward a distance of 223.561 to a point; thence
North eight (8) degrees, thirty (30) minutes East to the top bank of
the Arkansas River; thence in a Northwesterly direction along the top
of the Arkansas River to the East line of said Industrial Park Addition;
thence South eight (8) degrees, thirty (30) minutes West and along the
.East line of said Industrial Park Addition to the point of beginning,
being 4300 East Ninth (9) Street, heretofore classified and zoned as
"A" One - Family District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420,
is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to
be in "K" Heavy Industrial District under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of that property as outlined in Section 1
hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in
the "K" Heavy Industrial District under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
