AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT N0. 604
WHEREAS, parties claiming to be the owners of two - thirds
in assessed value of the property located within the territory
hereinafter described have filed a petition praying that a
Street Improvement Pistrict be established for the purpose
hereinafter set out.
WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law, the City
Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, has heard all
parties desiring to be heard, and has ascertained that said
petition was signed by two - thirds in assessed value of the
owners of real property within said territory;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. There is hereby established a Street Improve-
ment District embracing the following described property, to -wit:
Lots One (1) Two (2), Three (3) and Four (4),
Block One (l;, H. F. Buehlerts Ninth Addition
to the City of Little Rock. ,
Lots One (1), Two (2) , Three (3) , Four (4),
Five (5), Six (6), Block 2, H. F. Buehlerts
Ninth Addition to the City of Little Rock.
Lots One (1) , Two (2), Three (3), Four (4),
Five (5) and Six (6), Block 3, H. F. Buehlerts
Ninth Addition to the City of Little Rock.
Lots One (1) , Two (2), Three (3) and Four (4),
Block 4, H.. -F. Buehlerts Ninth Addition to. the
City of Little Rock.
Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4),
Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7) Eight (8), Stine
(9), Ten (10) and Eleven (11% Block 5, H. F.
Buehlerts Ninth Addition to,the City of Little
Rock.
Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4),
Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7),.Eight ($), Nine
(9), Ten (10), Eleven (11).,.- Twelve (12)) and
Thirteen (13), Block 6, H. F. Buehlerts Ninth
Addition to the City of Little Rock,
for the purpose of grading, draining, curbing, guttering and
hard surfacing Washington Street from the South line of West
Twelfth Street to the South line of West Sixteenth Street, with
such materials as the Commissioners to be elected for said im-
provement district shall deem to be for the best interest of
said district.
Said District shall be known as Street Improvement District
No. 604 ; and Wallace B. Cunningham, Normand G. Belt and R. J.
Wills are hereby named Commissioners, who shall compose the
Board of Improvement for said District.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
