AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $2700.00 TO PAY
FOR THE 1954 AUDIT OF THE CITY'S BOOKS, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY.THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated the sum
of Two Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($2,700.00) for the purpose
of paying E. L. Cullum and Company money due them as a result of
their audit of the books and records of the City of Little Rock
for the period beginning January 1, 1954, and ending December 31,
1954•
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
directed to issue the City's warrant in the sum of $2,700.00
payable to E. L. Cullum and Company for their audit.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, m d this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
