AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $100.00 FROM
THE HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION FUND TO PAY ANNIS SCHAER
FOR REMOVING GARAGE, LOCATED .IN REAR OF 219 CROSS
STREET, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, FOR THE PURPOSE OF
CLEARING THE RIGHT -OF -WAY FOR THE RIVhRFRONT DRIVE,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ri A RKA NUB :
SECTION 1. That the sum of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars
is hereby appropriated from the Highway Construction Fund to
pay Annis Schaer for removing garage, located in rear of 219
Cross Street, Little Rock, Arkansas, for the purpose of clear-
ing the right -of -way for the Riverfront Drive.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City
of Little Rock are hereby authorized and directed to issue the
City's warrant in the sum of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars to
Annie Schaer to pay for removal of said garage, which sum
shall be paid from the Highway Construction Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
