AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND LET
A CONTRACT FOR REPAIRING THE DOME ON THE ROOF OF THE
CITY HILL AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $30000.009 AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAIlaED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
j ARKANSAS:
j SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and let
a contract for repairing the dome on the roof of the City Hall.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said repair shall not exceed
the sum of Three Thousand ($3,000.00) Dollars, said sum to be
paid from the General Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
